Dr. Tran graduated from the University of Nebraska at Omaha, with an engineering degree. After a couple of years in the field, he realized he wanted to do something that would help and personally touch the lives in his community. In 2002, he earned his Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) degree at Creighton University – School of Dentistry, ranked consistently as one of the top universities and clinician schools in the nation.

Relocating from Omaha to Phoenix, which he now calls home, Dr. Tran, acquired an existing dental practice of 35 years and has continued the practice’s philosophy of treating three generations of patients within the same family. He prides himself on listening and having a caring and gentle touch with all his patients while providing the highest quality care in an environment much like home.

Dr. Tran has remained committed to extensive continuing education and regularly attends technical courses and training throughout the year. This commitment affords him the opportunity to introduce the latest technology and techniques in dental treatment to further benefit his patients. Through his philosophy of caring for others to give them the smile they deserve, and his precision in treatment and services, he has become highly respected and recognized as the dentist of choice in the community.

Dr. Tran is blessed with two daughters and a son.  Besides spending time with his kids, he enjoys an active lifestyle, running with his dog Sky, in the gym, boxing, and volunteer work.

 

I recommend Dr. Tran to all my friends. There are three generations of my family that go to Dr. Tran. I have taken my two children to him from the time they were toddlers. Dr. Tran and Diane have been their only dentist and hygienist. He has had the same front office personnel forever who are very professional as well. Any dental or hygiene work we have received from Dr. Tran and his office staff has been nothing short of excellent.

 

I've been going to Dr. Tran since he bought the practice from Dr White. He's young and modern, using cutting edge technology before others - details available like computer generated crowns made and installed same visit. Both the office girls have been there forever. I love him!

 

I have been in the Dentist chair starting at the age of four, I had crowded teeth and had to continue to see dentist regularly through my adulthood. So I have had a lot of experience with being in the care of Dentists. Dr Tran is the best that I have been to during all that time.

 

I was in search of a new dentist after my previous dentist performed a root canal that left me with constant infections, tingling on my right side and headaches for more than three years. I even went to see an Endodontist to no avail. A family member recommended that I see Dr. Tran, their dentist that they loved,  to see if he could help me. I was so glad I found him! It has been 5 months now after my procedure and I have not had any infections, headaches or tingling. It has been life changing! He is so careful and so precise... I appreciate him taking the time to listen to me and help me get this fixed.

 

Dr. Tran, just want to say thank you so much for all that you have done. You have made a not so nice situation very pleasant and easy to deal with. I love my new veneers! Thank you so much for being so sincere, so caring and so patient with me. Your patient care skills are phenomenal. Thank you again.

 

A lot of people know my fears are all in my mind but it does not give them the patience and understanding to gracefully deal with it all. Dr. Tran, thank you!... you are a very special and a great dentist. I appreciate your understanding of my fears and taking the time to work with me. Just wanted to drop you and your assistant a note of sincere thanks for putting my fear of a root canal AT REST! Your "chair side" manner made the hour very bearable and although I have watched what I ate this afternoon, I have had NO PAIN! I will "sing your praises!" Thanks again so very much. All of my life, going to the dentist ranked #98 on my top 100 list of favorite things to do. Now that I've joined the ranks of your friendly little office, going to the dentist ranks #82. I've been so blessed by your kindness and flexibility. How great it is to have such a homey atmosphere and yet still have highly skilled professionals probing around my mouth and credit card numbers. Going to the dentist was like going to see an ‘ol friend! So, when Dr Tran arrived on the scene 10 years ago I was skeptical that the relationship and level of CARE w(c)ould ever be anything like it WAS( had been? ). 10 years later I can honestly say that Dr White found someone that has carried the torch for him and maintained the superlative practice that he had built. In fact, Dr Tran has BUILT UPON IT. He has been great to me, my wife and two (college age) boys…and best of all, we can still drive to the same location 40 years later!

I have been going to Dr. Tran for the past year now. I was looking for a new dentist and needed to get a root canal. The first dentist I went to I felt he was really over charging me so I decided to get a second opinion. Within minutes of walking into Dr. Tran's office, I knew I was in good hands. The staff was very nice and Dr. Tran explained to me of my options. I did not feel like I was getting taking advantage of. Ever since then, I have been going to Dr. Tran and they treat me like family. I would recommend his practice to anyone.
